EasyBook is designed for companies managing containers. Users can book slots for container withdrawal or return at specific yards, ensuring an organized and efficient process. Our system prioritizes reliability, security, and usability.
Terms & Conditions
Schedule: All bookings are
strictly non-refundable upon confirmation.
Time Selection: Slots are restricted to a
window of -1 hour or
+2 hours from your preferred time.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for
verifying all dates and times. EasyBook is not liable for
errors or delays caused by incorrect input.
Use active email and mobile number.
Rate: Standard Booking P350.00, Inter-Repo:
P100.00 charged against customer wallet.
Check Wallet Balance & Top-Up
- Go to Company Profile to see your current wallet balance.
- Click Top-Up if you need to add funds, enter the amount, and submit.
- The system will show a Success or Failed page after processing.
- All transactions are logged in the Wallet Transactions Table.
View Available Slots
- Go to the Dashboard to see available withdrawal/return slots.
- Slots are displayed as a bar graph for easy selection.
- Click the bar of your desired schedule to proceed to booking.
Complete Booking Form
- You will be redirected to the Booking Page.
- Your selected slot and schedule are automatically filled in.
- Complete the remaining booking details and submit the form to confirm.
Present QR Code on Arrival
- After completing the booking, a QR Code pop-up will appear on the screen.
- The system will also send the QR code and booking details to your registered email.
- In addition, an SMS notification containing the booking information and a link to the QR code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
